will be impacted by the resurfacing. On 6-8-09: Met with president Aders to review and discuss changes in insurance, contract verification,
and purchasing for contractors. Also, action needs to be taken on the drainage issues identified on 493 &494B as several lot owners

WATER WASTEWATER: Garbaciak: In May there were no
water usage readings, as the water system is in bypass mode during the water tower renovation. The water tower project is progressing
on schedule. The cutting, welding, modifications, sandblasting inside and out are for the most part complete. Interior painting should
start next week, weather permitting, and is scheduled for completion the last week of June. Foth's engineer Levi Kopman has been very
diligent in overseeing LIA's best interest in the project repairs and structural integrity.
Mark has also been overseeing our water
tower project while keeping our water supply working. Mark repaired the sewer problem in the mens side of the pool house caused by
crushed pipes under the concrete floor. Monitors will be used for manpower needed to prep the pool. The back-up pump for the
pool arrived this week. The sensaphone system will be installed at the lift stations after the water tower project is completed. The
electric was out on pump #6. The float sensors were pulled off their connectors causing the pump to run nonstop. Mark, with the help
of May's electric fixed the problem. The pumps are now running fine. The water/sewer plant is on schedule. The plans are with the
EPA who we expect to issue permits by the end of June. Plans have been sent out to potential bidders and are awaiting on responses. IEPA has not received stimulus money yet, but expects it by September. A complete copy of this report is available at the LIA business
office. Water tower progress and verification of work completed to standards is also available.
