2006 BOARD REORGANIZATION MEETING
A meeting of the Board of Directors
of Lake Iroquois Association was convened on May 20, 2006, at 4:30
p.m., following the Annual Meeting adjournment. The following
Board members were present: David Hildenbrand; Floyd Woolridge;
Enid Miller; Sandra Ostrowski; Steve Garbaciack.
Mark Portwood and Tracy Rodriquez were absent.
President Hildenbrand
appointed Tracy Rodriquez to Board membersip to fill a vacancy
in a term which ends in May 2008.
The following offices and chairmanships were accepted
by the Board members:
President - David Hildenbrand
Vice President
and Security Chairman - Mark Portwood
Treasurer and Finance Chairman
- Floyd Woolridge
Secretary and Membership Chairman - Tracy Rodriquez
Water-Wastewater
Chairman - Steve Garbaciack
Roads and Building Chairman - Enid Miller
Recreation
Chairman - Sandra Ostrowski
The meeting was adjourned at 4:45
