Meeting was opened at 7:00 PM. On roll call following were present: Hildenbrand, Pursley, Iverson, Miller, Woolridge, Portwood and Webster. Absent: Matson

Mark Webster gave a report on water plant re-building. Mark suggested replacing components as our budget would allow. Per the EPA we would still need an engineer to okay any work but Mark would be able to perform the work himself. Mark said he would start by removing the water softener, replace filters and increase pipe size. Mark will speak to Greg at Daly & Associates.

Discussion of Building rules: It was suggested to change the title to read "Building Rule Guide Book". Changes and deletions were made and the guide book will be corrected and reprinted. Board will vote upon completion.
